Returns policy

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit
  • Products not received within 14 days will not be refunded.
  • All returns are required to be sent tracked. If items are not sent tracked, no refund will be given.
  • No products are eligible for refund unless deemed incorrect or faulty
  • We do not accept returns on accessories e.g. jewelry, sunglasses
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition
  • All Swimwear returns must be unworn and have their hygiene seal intact
  • We process all returns within one week of receiving your items and will send you an email with the details of your processed return
  • Please email kocolabelofficial@outlook.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty
  • Buyer will need to pay for the return postage
  • If the buyer has been provided with a prepaid returns label, the cost of postage will be deducted from the return.
  • Buyer must obtain proof of postage. 
  • If a parcel is not collected from a pick up point and is returned by the courier, a postage fee will be deducted from a refund.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, they will need to be returned under the 14 returns day policy

Processing time
We process all returns within 7 working days of receiving your item/s. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and store credit information if applicable.
